Hoya

Go Back to All Plants

Hoyas are waxy, flowering plants native to tropical and subtropical Asia. They need a good deal of direct light to flower and like to be dried out in between waterings. Similar to the succulent family, Hoya leaves will wrinkle or have give when they need to be watered. Water your hoya once every 10-14 days. They like a very well-draining soil mix and their roots to be tight in their pots. These plants will bloom beautiful flowers shaped like stars that have different colors and smells that identify each individual kind.

Hoyas are safe for pets and humans.
