Philodendron

Go Back to All Plants

Philodendrons are easy to care for plants. They need bright, indirect light and well-draining soil. They can either climb trees in the wild or crawl along the forest floor. Philodendrons do better with reinforcements from a moss/coir pole to give their root systems adequate support. Put near an east or north window or across from a south or west window so the leaves don't burn. They need to be watered once every 7-10 days when the top 3 inches of the soil are dry.

Philodendrons are toxic to pets and humans.
